Excellent progression and training opportunities The Company recruiting for the Field Service Engineer: An established company, part of the FTSE100 Known for their customer service and advice covering a range of manufacturers. Specialised in new and hire floor cleaning equipment; electrical and battery operated. Joining a team of 7 existing engineers The Role of Field Service Engineer: Covering a territory of M4 Corridor and Oxfordshire A relaxed, non-targeted role - typically 3-4 jobs per day 50% service and PPM, 50% reactive breakdowns Fault finding on electrical and battery-operated equipment. Mechanical training provided. Visiting clients in sectors ranging from automotive retailers, supermarkets, and warehouses, through to industrial manufacturers, airports, and education. Typically working 40 hours per week before overtime. The Candidate for the Field Service Engineer: Able to fault find using a multi-meter Experienced with 12v, 24v, and/or 36v battery systems and machinery Electrical bias with a mechanical appreciation A brand-ambassador and able to think on feet and use own initiative. Can-do attitude and willingness to learn and train. Physically fit and able as role involves travel and manual handling A team player Hold a full UK driving licence and right to work in the UK as no sponsorship is provided. The Package for the Field Service Engineer: 31,000 - 42,000 basic salary depending on experience Company van Lots of overtime Pension, specialist tools, training, laptop, mobile 25 days holiday + statutory bank holidays.
