We are seeking a skilled and motivated Field Service Engineer to join our clients dynamic team. The ideal Field Service Engineer will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment at customer sites. This role demands a hands-on professional who can ensure customer satisfaction through excellent technical support and timely service.

Key Responsibilities for the Field Service Engineer Installation and Maintenance o Install and commission equipment according to specifications and industry standards. o Perform routine maintenance and scheduled servicing to ensure optimal equipment performance. Troubleshooting and Repairs o Diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly and effectively. o Repair and replace faulty components to restore functionality. Customer Support o Provide technical guidance and training to customers on equipment use and care. o Respond promptly to customer inquiries and service requests, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Documentation and Reporting o Maintain detailed records of service activities, including installation, repairs, and maintenance logs. o Prepare and submit service reports to management in a timely manner. Collaboration o Work closely with internal teams (e.g., sales, technical support) to provide feedback and recommendations. o Collaborate with third-party vendors when necessary to resolve technical challenges. Compliance o Ensure all work complies with safety standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements. o Adhere to proper procedures for handling equipment and tools.

Qualifications needed for the Field Service Engineer opportunity Experience: • Proven experience as a Field Service Engineer or in a similar technical role. • Familiarity with special purpose machinery, in an Electro-Mechanical form. Skills: • Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. • Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and software. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Other Requirements: • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively. • Flexibility to travel overseas with a valid Passport.
