Field Service Engineer
to service the South East Region, residing around
Crawley .
For the successful Field Service Engineer our client is offering:
up to £40,000 Per Annum (+ overtime after 10 hours, + overtime flat rate for any weekend or tech support work) 40 hour contract (flexible start and end time) Monday to Friday Permanent Benefits: Company Car, Laptop, Phone, Holidays, Overtime Rates, ON-CALL Flat Payment Rate, Pension The role – Field Service Engineer : To carry out repairs, on site commissioning, service and calibration of customer's check-weighing equipment Carry out upgrades and refurbishments on customer site. Handle on site customer queries in a fair and courteous manner. Completing all necessary paperwork accurately and on a timely basis in accordance with the company procedures. Provide technical support via phone and email where required What our client is looking for in a Field Service Engineer : Previous experience working in a field service engineering role within the food packaging or production industry -
ESSENTIAL Experience repairing and maintaining check-weighing machines, multi-head check-weighers and high speed precision weighing equipment -
DESIREABLE BTECH or equivalent in Electrical Engineering
- ESSENTIAL Driver License and Ability to Travel regionally Key skills or similar Job titles: field service engineer, check-weigh technician, service engineer, calibration technician
