Responsibilities Install, maintain, and repair our electrical equipment. Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve electrical and mechanical issues related to systems. Carry out regular service inspections on existing installations to maintain optimum performance. Replace or repair any defective components. Maintain accurate records of service activities, including repairs, maintenance schedules, and client interactions via the Company App. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while performing duties on-site. Build strong relationships with clients to encourage trust and satisfaction. Qualifications Proven experience as a Field Service Engineer or a similar technical role. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think under pressure. Organised and methodical around record-keeping. You must be a good communicator and committed to great customer service. Absolutely reliable, keen to learn and hard working. Prepared and motivated to work independently.
