We are looking for a new Field Service Engineer to join our Service team in the Southern East region of the UK. They pride themselves on a small family feel who manufacture some of their equipment and have developed a great working culture focusing on communication, collaboration, and learning from each other. This is a field-based role mainly focused on the south of England including Oxford, Cambridge, and Greater London. Responsibilities:

Carry out on-site preventive maintenance visits and electrical/mechanical fault finding of equipment including our range of water treatment and other laboratory systems, repairs, and emergency response visits. Carry out commissioning and installation work on water treatment and other laboratory equipment (such as Lab water products, CO2 Incubators, autoclaves, and airflow cabinets) and provide after-sales technical and commercial support. Work from technical documents (installation manuals, maintenance manuals, etc.). Complete required service documentation to the required level. Complete call reports. Work within a team to provide the best customer experience, communicate with our Service Office team daily. Maintain car stock inventory of spare parts. Follow Health and Safety Procedures. Perform other duties as assigned. Person Specification:

They are open to an electromechanical Field Service Engineer with the right attitude and who is willing to learn. You will need to have a strong electromechanical skill set. Laboratory experience is preferred but not essential. Strong electromechanical skills and experience. A full UK driving license is required. Good organisational skills with an eye for detail and the ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple tasks. Passionate about providing a first-class service to our customers. Willing to react to customer needs at short notice. A professional and diligent approach to your work and communication with colleagues and customers. Ability to work as part of a team and on your own. Package:

Salary depending on experience: £35K - £39K. Bonus: up to £1,700 a year. Overtime available: Anything above 45 hours means overtime which is 1.5x in the week and on Saturdays.
