Alexander James Recruiting is currently working with a well-established, expanding material handling dealer looking to recruit a new forklift service engineer to service their client base across Kent and Essex. Responsibilities
Servicing a client base across Kent and Essex with a focus on servicing forklift trucks and plant equipment.
Fixing and servicing other related material handling & specialist equipment including side-loaders and pallet trucks.
Ensuring excellent customer service and representing the company appropriately when visiting customer sites.
Reporting back to the Service Manager with weekly updates.
Attending in-house training programs as required.
Requirements
The company prefers an individual from a forklift truck background due to the requirements of the role. You will ideally have worked with material handling products before with strong technical knowledge of various brands and models. You should be able to work well independently and have good customer-facing skills. In terms of location, you will need to be based in either Kent or Essex.

Competitive salary dependent on experience (Up to £41,500).
