As a Field Service Engineer, you’ll be visiting customers in their homes across Hemel Hempstead and the surrounding areas, fixing any appliance issues to get them up and running again. You’ll manage your own time throughout the day, keep customers and colleagues updated on your progress, and maintain stock levels in your van. A full, valid driving licence is required. For upselling our products, you’ll be rewarded with bonus incentives on the products you sell. You’ll need to be organised, have strong communication skills, and be dedicated to finding the best outcome for the customer. Ideally, we’d like previous/current experience as a White Goods Engineer; but what we really need is self-motivation and strong technical and customer service skills. Our City and Guilds-assured in-house training and support has been designed to prepare our engineers to deliver excellent service to our customers. £32,916 per annum starting salary if you’re a Field Service Engineer without White Goods/Domestic Appliance experience, with the opportunity to earn £37,304 once fully trained and meeting the minimum requirements. £37,304 per annum starting salary if you have a minimum of 6 months recent White Goods Engineering experience.
