Field Service Engineer

Friday Responsibilities: Commissioning, installation, & breakdown service of multiple types of packaging machinery (single machine or full production lines) on customer sites Organising own diary Acceptance testing (FAT/SAT) Providing customer service excellence – communicating, reporting and problem solving remotely and in-person Delivering training, advice and guidance to other engineers (both customers’ and colleagues) Attending exhibitions and training & validation courses as required Requirements: Qualified Mechanical/Electrical Engineer (BTEC / HNC / HND) UK Driving licence & Passport (or full residency)
