Service Engineer
required for permanent, full-time role from a base in Honiton, Devon - EX14 Salary:
£40,000 per annum Working Hours:
9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday 1 hour break per day Overtime paid after 37.5 hours worked per week Benefits: Work van provided 34 days holiday per annum (including Bank Holidays) Cycle to work scheme All expenses paid when staying away About the Role
Working within a small team of 8 engineers, across customer sites in the UK and at client site in Honiton. Responsibilities include: Installation, commissioning, maintenance, and repair of machinery and equipment Working with pneumatic/hydraulic systems, drive systems, and electrical control systems Providing technical advice and training to customers The Right Candidate
Must be: Comfortable working in environments where food and alcohol are present Flexible to travel around the country (sometimes overseas) Qualifications: Engineering qualification with experience in the installation, commissioning, maintenance, and repair of commercial equipment Knowledge of pneumatic/hydraulic systems and drive systems The ability to read full wiring diagrams and fault finding Essential understanding of process control including electrical and electronic controls (PLCs) If you are interested in this role, please apply online or for further information contact Pertemps Exeter office and speak to Matt Langham.
