Location: Covering Hull, Scunthorpe and Doncaster Areas.

Are you a skilled Field Service Engineer with a multi-skilled engineering background? Do you thrive on solving technical challenges and delivering exceptional service? As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for servicing, maintaining, and repairing a range of forklift trucks and associated equipment. Working on customer sites, you'll provide expert technical support, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum reliability for their operations.

Key Responsibilities of the Field Service Engineer:

Conduct routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on forklift trucks. Diagnose and resolve electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic faults. Provide excellent customer service, keeping clients informed of progress and recommendations. Maintain accurate service records and ensure compliance with safety standards.

Skills Required for the Field Service Engineer: Multi-skilled engineering experience, including electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems. Relevant engineering qualification (e.g., NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, or equivalent). Proven field service or maintenance experience, ideally with forklift trucks or similar equipment. A customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently. A valid driving licence is essential.
