SL, UB, EN Salary: £42,401.93 + LONDON WEIGHTING (£1.5K) + BONUS + VW TRANSPORTER + PENSION As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for: Working from home, you will receive daily appointments via a tablet device. Your van will be stocked overnight by our couriers. Visiting customers with prearranged appointments to carry out servicing, repairs, diagnostics, and commissioning for warranty and contract customers. Delivering excellent customer service and top-quality solutions. Confidently using your diagnostics skills, with full product training provided. Daily Responsibilities: Visiting customer properties to perform diagnostics, breakdowns, emergency repairs, and annual servicing. Providing excellent customer service through effective communication. Managing your workload of daily appointments via a tablet device. Managing van stock by ensuring old faulty parts are returned and new stock is organized in the van. About You: To be successful in your application, you’ll need to: Hold domestic Gas ACS Certification or equivalent. Possess a Full Driving License. Have a background in servicing, repair, and maintenance of gas boilers. What We Offer: Our package includes a basic salary plus variable incentives.
