Great opportunity for a Field Service Engineer to join a company in London. The contract term is one month but this may be extended. Most importantly, troubleshooting, diagnostics, installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment. Also, maintenance, field modifications, and IMAC work. Furthermore, 50% of the day will include travel; therefore, you must be willing to travel. A very strong relationship with Dispatch is vital for this contract role. Furthermore, maintain and monitor communication tools including Phone, Voicemail, and Email. Keep up-to-date on administrative responsibilities such as maintaining updates to all respective support departments. Ensure best practice standards and common sense are always sought. Maintain tools, test equipment, and Company supplied Vehicle. Adherence to all part processes and procedures. Meeting Health and Human Services, Environmental Health and Safety, and/or all other applicable regulatory requirements. Utilizing escalation and support processes to resolve service delivery issues. Working as a member of the local team to provide efficient service delivery to all accounts within the assigned area. The ability to lift and carry parts that can weigh up to 25 kgs. Stick fast to regulatory requirements. Likewise, meet employee administration and deadlines, Overtime, Expenses, Mileage Declaration. The contract role may require other duties and responsibilities outside what is listed and is subject to change. Requirements for this role:

The following are needed, but an equivalent combination of experience, education, and training which provides the necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities may be acceptable. This is subject to any legal and/or regulatory requirements. ONC or equivalent IT qualification. Experience interfacing with both internal team members and external customers as part of a solution-based service process. Must have a valid full UK driver’s license and a good driving record. Three years’ experience of diagnosing and repairing IT Equipment. Experience troubleshooting and responding to customer concerns. Track record of reliability and accountability for all aspects of their job. Proficient level of computer skills including MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook. Analytical and communication skills with the ability to communicate complex technical issues in an easy-to-understand manner. Ability to work in a fast-paced, self-directed, entrepreneurial environment. Resourceful, with the ability to work on your own. Excellent time management and communication skills. Be able to adapt to change well. Decision-making, problem resolution, and creative thinking skills. Must have good attention to detail. Working conditions
