Field Service Engineer Field Service Engineer (Commercial Laundry Equipment) Willesden, North West London c£38,000 to £42,000 per year Plus excellent company benefits The Opportunity: To join our client's dynamic service team as a Field Service Engineer based in North West London that will see you representing the business on the front lines, where you'll be providing a high-quality service at all times, acting as an ambassador for their respected customer base. Responsibilities: Attending field service calls Diagnosing faults Repairing equipment Preparing machines for installation or reconditioning This role offers the opportunity to work with a variety of commercial laundry equipment across London and the South East region. Skills and Experience: Technical skills: mechanical and electrical experience; the ability to read electrical schematics (an electrical certification would be advantageous) Problem solving: strong diagnostic skills and ability to troubleshoot effectively Communication skills: good written and verbal communication skills Work ethic: a positive attitude, pride in your work, and the ability to work under pressure Gas Safe certification preferred (not essential) Driving: Full, clean UK driving license For more information: Please call Jodie here at ISR to learn about our growing client and how you can join their team of Field Service Engineers.
