Overhaul, repair, and maintain Howden steam turbines and gas compressors and gearboxes. Deliver a high technical and professional level of service to our customers, with a significant focus on safety and quality. Aim to achieve on time in full, to schedule and right first time. Provide detailed Site Reports that highlight actions which may need to be taken and seek opportunities for improvement. Supervise the activities of Company or Customer supplied Technicians, ensuring their day-to-day safety requirements and site activities, and discipline. Knowledge of site maintenance and repair of Steam Turbines and Reciprocating Compressors. Ability to develop and manage good customer relationships. Demonstrable experience and a strong focus on health and safety. Ability to supervise others during complex installation, commissioning, and maintenance activities. Ability to work as part of a team or independently. Experience working on international assignments, including where English is not the main language. Proficient in Microsoft Office products and able to produce detailed written technical documents, including risk assessments, site reports, root cause analysis of failures, method statements, scopes of work, and project plans.
