Field Service Engineer

nGenium's new client, an exciting manufacturer of leading chemistry equipment, is in an exciting period of growth. Through expansion, they are looking to train and develop field service engineers in the Suffolk/Cambridgeshire area. You will be delivering end-to-end service solutions from installation and commissioning to maintenance, service, and repair.
Responsibilities:
The installation and commissioning of high-tech chemistry equipment. Performing maintenance, service, and repair to OEM training guidelines. Building relationships with clients, delivering excellent customer service and advising them on their equipment. Providing technical support via phone calls and email. Travelling across the UK and globally, 70/30. Minimum Requirements:
Solid technical understanding of mechanical and electrical systems. 2+ years Field Service experience working on Laboratory, scientific, or medical equipment. Full clean driving license and unrestricted right to work. Educational background in a scientific or engineering field. Benefits:
