Field Service Engineer - Floor Cleaning Equipment A professional independent provider of industrial cleaning machines has an opportunity for a Service Engineer to join their current team. As a Field Service Engineer, your role revolves around providing expert repair and maintenance services to ensure the optimal performance and longevity of various machines. You will be responsible for diagnosing, servicing, and repairing a diverse range of equipment, ensuring service and repairs are completed within agreed Service Level Agreements to achieve customer satisfaction. Description of Duties

Carry out servicing and repair of all industrial cleaning equipment ranging from scrubber dryers, road sweepers, vacuums, and pressure washers. Completion and submission of accurate documentation as required. Attend and complete scheduled planned maintenance service as instructed. Compliance and adherence to laws and regulations covering Health and Safety within the workplace. Satisfaction of customer requirements. Essential Skills

Experience in working with mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical equipment, preferably industrial cleaning equipment. Good working knowledge and experience of activities in a field service environment. Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality service and exceeding customer expectations. Ability to work under own initiative. Proficient IT skills, including operating handheld tablet devices. Strong physical condition with the capability to perform manual handling duties such as lifting heavy industrial battery packs. Equipment Provided:
