We are looking for a full-time Field Services Engineer for our Customer Service department. This opportunity is remote-based, seeking someone located in and around the Leeds area.
Your role in our future:
Responsible for the installation of our product range at the customers.
Training of the users.
Preventive maintenance and repairs of our machines.
Preventing or solving technical problems.
Your profile:
Specialization within electromechanics and competent to component level repair.
Ability to read and understand technical manuals.
First experience in a technical position is a requirement; experience with industrial copiers, printers, office machines, or production mailers is a plus.
Ability to combine technical knowledge and skills with customer focus.
Analytical ability and a drive to learn at all times.
Flexible attitude, ability to work independently, and commercially skilled.
