Field Service Engineer

Responsibilities:

Support customers by installing commercial vehicle safety and security equipment. Undertake service call outs, troubleshoot faults and ensure products are fully operational. Undertake demonstrations and train sub-contractors to ensure high standards are met. Maintain an inventory of system spares to ensure 1st visit fix for call outs. Train our clients in the correct operation of installed systems. Work on customer sites to install, configure, service, and repair vehicle recording systems. Qualifications:

Auto electrical knowledge and experience working on commercial vehicles. A background or commitment to working in a field-based customer support role. Logical approach to installing and fault-finding technical products. Good communicator, both written and verbal with a customer-focused attitude. Ambitious with the drive to progress, manage others and succeed in the business. Computer literacy & Full UK driving licence required. Compensation and Benefits:

In return, the successful Field Service Engineer will receive a basic salary of up to £32,500 and an OTE of £45,000+, plus the following benefits: Great bonus scheme. 24 days holiday, plus bank holidays.
