As Field Service Engineer, you’ll be responsible for carrying out valve repairs for the Company and our customers, which can be on-site or offshore. Your main responsibilities will be to: Provide front-line technical advice and solutions for our customers. Respond to our customers' on-call requirements, which will be to worldwide offshore and UK locations. Carry out the on-site disassembly/assembly and testing of all types of valves, actuators, and associated instrumentation in accordance with the company's/customers' QA/QC and Health and Safety procedures. What you’ll need as Field Service Engineer:

Higher National Certificates/Diplomas or equivalent from college and an Engineering Apprenticeship. High level of competence on a range of valves (Control, Choke, Butterfly, Isolation, and PSV), actuators, and instrumentation. Experience of working on customer sites is essential. Capability of working with technical/problematic valves and establishing a way forward/solution that is acceptable to both the customer and Severn Technical department. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. What we will offer the successful Field Service Engineer:
