We have an exciting opportunity for a Field Service Engineer to join our Technical Services team delivering the maintenance of a range of B. Braun medical equipment in Mid-Essex, London and the surrounding areas. You will predominantly be working to support our dialysis customers, performing on-site servicing and repairs at customer sites, including patient homes where required. Your role will include responsibility for: Ensuring and delivering the highest quality maintenance services for the delivery of excellence in customer service. Self-scheduling of PPMs on contracted equipment direct with customers as required. Ensuring Technical Services key performance indicators are met for customers, including repair turn-around times, PPM completion and uptime. Proactively seeking to improve the processes and service provided by B. Braun Technical Services. Providing accurate and detailed reports on all work carried out. Developing strong and productive relationships / partnerships with customers. Ensuring effective maintenance and calibration of all B. Braun provided tools and test equipment. Responsible for the accurate management of issued stock items. What you’ll need to succeed: Experienced and skilled in providing comprehensive technical repair and servicing. Qualified to HNC or equivalent in Engineering (preferably Electronics). A competent and experienced hands-on service engineer, with the ability to problem solve effectively and efficiently. Flexible and self-motivated, with the ability to maintain and achieve service targets and deadlines. A team player, with the ability to also work unsupervised using their own initiative. An excellent communicator with the ability to deal and interact with customers effectively at all levels.
