The ideal candidate will be someone who has previous electrical engineering experience, working on a variety of equipment, and is experienced in fault-finding, using multimeters and other diagnostic equipment.
Responsibilities of the Field Service Engineer include:
Carrying out reactive and planned maintenance across the company portfolio of equipment, including coffee and vending machines Carrying out fault finding for reactive repairs Providing excellent customer service and communication with customers Completing all necessary job sheets and liaising closely with the service desk Maintaining van stock and general vehicle maintenance as required Required experience of the Electrical Field Service Engineer:
