As a Field Service Engineer, you'll be working on customer sites throughout West/East Sussex and surrounding areas, making sure that everything is running smoothly. Your role will involve completing all repairs within contracted service level agreements, which means you'll be making follow-up calls to install additional parts, performing Portable Appliance Tests (PAT), and carrying out scheduled planned maintenance services. We’ll equip you with everything you need – a van, mobile phone, iPad, uniform, and even training! And the best part – you’ll only be working weekdays! Key Responsibilities: The key responsibilities of a Field Service Engineer include, but are not limited to: Always follow all workplace procedures correctly, including Health and Safety rules and technician procedures. Capture correct client data and make updates to jobs in "real-time". Provide accurate and detailed reports on every site visit. Order parts via our central database and maintain van stock levels. Uphold the condition of the company vehicle to an extremely high standard.
