Role Overview:
Field Service Engineer role available in a market leader of forklift trucks. The role will suit those looking for a local field-based position, with lots of training, overtime opportunities, and progression routes. Enjoy a healthy work-life balance.
Training and Support:
The company has a comprehensive training plan to fully support engineers in the field. Candidates with experience on cars, HGVs, agriculture, motorbikes, plant equipment, or similar will be well suited. Mechanical service and repair skills are essential, with engine diagnostic and basic electrical skills preferred.
Responsibilities:
Carry out planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and breakdown services on materials handling machinery on a field service engineering basis. Provide reactive breakdown coverage within the allocated geographical area. Complete comprehensive training to achieve full competency on all machinery and equipment. Spares placed in van overnight.
Minimum Requirements: Experience on cars, HGVs, agriculture, motorbikes, plant equipment, or similar.
