About the role

Fujifilm Healthcare UK is looking for a Field Service Engineer, X-Ray to ensure the smooth and continued operation of new and existing products and equipment, through the repair of emergency breakdowns and routine service maintenance duties. To install and demonstrate equipment as required in support of the sales team. Ideal location - Nottingham/Derby Responsibilities

What you'll be doing Repair a range of Fujifilm Medical Systems supplied equipment including X-ray (CR and DR) equipment, ensuring that priorities and timescales are adhered to Routine Maintenance- carry out maintenance in line with service contract requirements on DR X-ray equipment. Carry out equipment upgrades during routine maintenance or as instructed Install and demonstrate equipment in support of the Sales and Applications teams Installations- Attending kick off meeting or pre install site visits to ensure the project has correct resources in place. Keeping the project team and wider business up to date, providing daily reports outlining progress and potential issues Customer Service- respond to technical requests from internal and external stakeholders in a timely manner, ensuring customer service levels are met. Work with other members of the service team in Fujifilm Medical Systems to resolve customer service related problems. Take ownership of site/ system issues to develop a plan to resolve with the aid of technical management Escalate to their Team Leader or Service Delivery Manager, in a timely manner, any serious or potentially unresolved issues which may affect patient safety and customer/supplier relationships. Ensure all Health and Safety requirements are adhered to at all times, reporting any potential hazards to their Team Leader or Service Delivery Manager. Qualifications

What you'll need: - Completed training or studies in the field of Medical Technology / Healthcare (X-Ray) or comparable professional experience. - Experience in the operational management of a service desk incl. experience in dealing with ticket systems (e.g. Salesforce, ServiceNow or comparable) - Methodological competence in ITIL processes (incident management, problem management) - Confident handling of all common Microsoft Office applications - Strong service and customer orientation - Structured, process-oriented and independent way of working - Experience in project management of complex (medical) projects - Experience in moderation and conflict resolution with good negotiation and assertiveness skills - Analytical thinking & business management skills - English language skills (written and spoken) - SAP, MS Office and Salesforce knowledge Why work with us?
