Field Service Lead

to act as the first point of contact for in-field technical support, ensuring quick and effective issue resolution. You'll work closely with customers, service partners, and internal teams, conducting

on-site investigations , coordinating repairs, and improving service processes. This role is key to enhancing

aftersales support

in the growing

vehicle electrification sector , with strong career development opportunities. Key Responsibilities Technical Support & Troubleshooting

- Investigate and diagnose issues with eCompressor systems, conducting

on-site inspections and limited repairs

to minimise downtime. Customer & Service Network Support

- Work with OEMs and service centers to ensure

timely, effective solutions , offering

technical guidance and training

where needed. Issue Tracking & Coordination

- Maintain detailed records of in-field issues, warranty claims, and service activities, ensuring efficient tracking and resolution. Process Improvement & Compliance

- Support the development of service procedures, ensuring compliance with

best practices and quality standards . Collaboration & Feedback

- Act as the

voice of the customer , providing feedback to engineering and product teams to drive continuous improvement. Requirements HNC/HND or equivalent in a technical field (electrical/mechanical focus beneficial) Experience in

field service

supporting

electro-mechanical systems Strong

problem-solving, communication, and report-writing skills Process-driven, organised, and adaptable to a

fast-paced environment Desirable Background in

automotive supply chains, vehicle mechanics, or quality processes

(8D, APQP, PPAP) Experience in

vehicle mechanics, electronics, or compressor systems
