Do you have experience managing or supervising field service teams? Due to continued growth, my client is looking for a Field Service Manager to join the team, heading up the service division for the whole of the UK. The successful applicant will be responsible for managing team leaders and service engineers across multiple regions in England, Scotland, and Wales. You will oversee KPIs, customer satisfaction, workload, and maintenance processes. You will work with the office-based product support teams to coordinate customer visits and reports, assigning the relevant staff to each requirement.
Occasional travel to the head office and large customer sites will be required, with all expenses covered.
