Field Service Technician

to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll support our mission to provide high levels of service to customers by installing, maintaining, and repairing dispensing and dosing equipment, while delivering top-notch training and on-site support to ensure effective use of our innovative chemicals and equipment. What You’ll Be Doing As a Field Service Technician, you’ll be covering

North West

and

North Wales

areas. You’ll play a pivotal role in supporting our customers and ensuring their satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include: Service Excellence : Delivering support to key strategic and national accounts, adhering to service plans, and maintaining exceptional standards. Hands-On Tasks : Conducting installations and preventative maintenance. Leading technical training sessions and audits. Monitoring product performance and identifying opportunities for improvement. Minimizing downtime with remote diagnostics and tools. Collaboration : Working closely with National and Internal Account Teams to align on objectives and customer goals. Customer Insights : Identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, and sharing valuable insights with the sales team. Detailed Reporting : Keeping accurate records of activities using Salesforce to ensure seamless communication and reporting. To excel in this role, you’ll need: Competencies : Strong communication and listening skills. Problem-solving ability and attention to detail. A proactive mindset and willingness to embrace continuous development. Confidence in working autonomously and collaboratively with a sales team. Skills & Experience : Proven experience in customer service, site maintenance, and delivering excellence. Technical ability and IT literacy (Excel, Salesforce). A background in the cleaning and hygiene industry or related sectors is a plus. A full UK driving license is essential.
