Field Service Technician

At TraceSense, we specialize in optimising factory operations through advanced management systems. Our innovative solutions, including terminals, scanners, and scale calibration, empower businesses to work smarter, faster, and more efficiently. Key Responsibilities System Installation:

Set up factory management hardware, including terminals, scanners, and peripherals. Calibration:

Install and calibrate scales and other precision measurement devices. Troubleshooting:

Diagnose and resolve hardware or software issues on-site or remotely. Ticket Management:

Handle service tickets effectively, ensuring timely resolutions and excellent customer satisfaction. Hardware Updates:

Perform software updates, hardware repairs, and upgrades. Customer Support:

Collaborate with customers to ensure seamless system operation and provide training where needed. Travel:

Visit client sites as required for installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting. What You’ll Need Proven experience in a technical field support or similar role. Strong knowledge of hardware installation and troubleshooting. Familiarity with system calibration (e.g., scales) and factory automation technology. Exceptional problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset. Ability to manage time effectively while working independently. Willingness to travel to client locations (travel expenses covered). Full UK driving license (IS A MUST) Job Types:

Full-time, Permanent Pay:

£22,880.00-£25,000.00 per year Benefits: On-site parking Schedule: Monday to Friday Weekend availability Licence/Certification: Driving Licence (preferred) Work Location:
