Culligan UK Limited is seeking a motivated Field Service Technician to join our team. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing high-quality service to our customers primarily in the Coventry area, ensuring their water treatment systems function optimally.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on water treatment systems.
Conduct installation and troubleshooting of equipment on clients' sites.
Manage service schedules effectively to minimize customer downtime.
Maintain accurate records of service visits and report any issues or recommendations.
Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and provide exceptional customer service.
Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Salary:
£24,900 - £26,975 Minimum Requirements: Valid UK driving license (no more than 6 points). Proven experience in a technical or service-oriented role. Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Benefits: Monday - Friday working pattern.
