To support the exponential growth of our install base in Europe we are looking for a Field Service Technician in the West-Midlands, United Kingdom. You will be part of our EMEA Life Cycle Services team and will be based in a home office. What will you do? On-site support for newly delivered products Machine and belt installation Production start-up Operator and maintenance instructions to users Life Cycle Support of our products Health Checks Maintenance and repairs Troubleshooting Document your observations and actions in a service visit report Perform other related service duties as assigned Who are you? 3+ years experience in a field service role involving mechanical equipment Strong mechanical with basic control skills (incl. adjusting PLC settings) Practical and hands-on problem solver Pro-active, a team player with good communication skills Inspires trust and relates well to people of varying roles and levels Ability and flexibility to travel extensively (>50%), including weekends, in the UK and EMEA What do we offer?
