Position : Field Support Engineer
Location : Labman HQ, Seamer, North Yorkshire
Salary : From £42,000+ (based on experience) Plus Travel allowance

Perform scheduled maintenance and upgrades on Labman automation, MultiDose, and other products. Configure MultiDose for customer-specific consumables. Install MultiDose globally, including in cleanrooms or gloveboxes. Communicate with customers, support teams, production, and the Product Manager. Train customers on MultiDose operations, maintenance, and diagnostics. Provide on-site and remote technical support. Troubleshoot with support from specialists. Document feedback and customer data to enhance design and experience. Log all support work per Labman procedures. Company Benefits
