We are seeking a
Financial Accountant
who will be instrumental in driving key financial operations and making a tangible impact on our business.
Key Responsibilities: Prepare and analyze management reports, monthly accounts, and claims. Oversee cash flow, balance sheet reconciliations, and Fixed Asset registers. Support the annual audit process and ensure regulatory compliance. Manage Build Partner retention schedules and recharges. Collaborate with budget holders to ensure effective financial management. Lead finance projects and contribute to system enhancements. Supervise the Finance Assistant and manage supplier payments. Coordinate and participate in stock takes as necessary. Skills and Experience: ACCA/CIMA part-qualified or fully qualified. Solid experience in a Finance Department, including the preparation of Management Accounts. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with strong Excel skills. In-depth knowledge of Accounting, Financial Control, and Sage 200 Accounts. Experience in managing processes and implementing control measures. Highly organized with a keen eye for detail. Self-driven team player with excellent cross-departmental collaboration skills. Ability to develop and optimize financial processes.
