What you'll be getting up to As the Finance Admin Assistant, you will provide administrative support, assist in maintaining financial records, and ensure smooth day-to-day financial operations. Key responsibilities will include performing sales reconciliations for all of our payment platforms, along with assisting with general financial tasks to support the team. Duties will include: Sales Reconciliation:

Perform regular reconciliations of sales data from our payment platform accounts to ensure transactions are accurately processed and recorded. Investigate and resolve discrepancies between sales records, bank statements, and platform reports. Generate reports on transactions for senior finance team members. Accounts Payable & Receivable Support:

Assist with processing invoices and vendor management. Maintain accurate records of transactions and receipts. General Financial Administration:

Maintain and organize financial files and documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. Support month-end and year-end closing procedures. Bank Reconciliations:

Assist with the reconciliation of bank statements to company financial records to ensure accuracy and resolve any discrepancies. Financial Data Entry & Reporting:

Input financial data into accounting software and systems. Other Administrative Tasks:

Assist in managing internal finance documentation, including contracts, receipts, and financial agreements. Respond to finance-related inquiries from internal departments. Support ad hoc financial projects and initiatives as required. Who we're looking for: Proven experience (1-2 years) in a finance or administrative role, preferably with exposure to sales reconciliation. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and financial software. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience with accounting software (Xero, or similar) is preferred. Familiarity with basic accounting principles. Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking. Familiarity with PayPal and Shopify sales reporting and reconciliation is highly desirable. Hours & Location:

This is a part-time role of 20 hours per week. We are flexible regarding working pattern and location. Salary:

£25,350 - £27,300 full-time equivalent. Approx £13,520 - £14,560 part-time.
