Finance Administrator Location: Hertford (Hybrid - 3 days in-office, 2 days from home) Close to Hertford East and North stations Salary: £30,000

A leading financial services company based in Hertford is seeking an Administrator to join and support their existing administrative team of two. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced administrator to thrive in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to a team of 2. Oversee the administration inbox, ensuring tasks are completed to a high standard. Perform general administrative duties, including: Answering phones and managing correspondence. Maintaining physical and digital filing systems. Scheduling appointments and meetings. Preparing reports and documents. Ensure smooth office operations by efficiently handling day-to-day responsibilities. Key Skills

Experience: Previous experience in financial administration is essential. Skills: Highly organised, detail-oriented, and an effective team player. Location: Ideally based near Hertford. Work Environment: Thrive in a fast-paced setting and balance hybrid working arrangements.
