Your insights into business performance will be timely, sharp, and focused, revealing trends, tackling challenges, and seizing opportunities. Acting as a trusted Finance representative, you'll partner with stakeholders across the board, sparking conversations and solutions through ad hoc analysis that makes a real difference.

What you'll do

Being a Finance Analyst is about so much more than bringing our coffee to the world. It's your chance to stir up real success - which means you'll be: Planning & Forecasting: Support the creation of accurate business plans, budgets, and forecasts, identifying key issues, challenging assumptions, and driving informed action across regions. Insight & Reporting: Deliver timely and focused insights on business performance, trends, and challenges, while enhancing periodic and ad hoc reporting to provide clarity and drive decision making. Business Partnering & Analysis: Act as a trusted Finance partner, offering cost analysis and actionable insights on key E2E Supply Chain initiatives, 3PL performance, and transformation programmes. Process Efficiency & Automation: Identify opportunities to streamline and automate finance processes, develop robust documentation, and align reporting and practices across regional supply chains. Collaboration & Transformation: Build strong relationships with the Supply Chain Transformation and Central BI teams, ensuring reporting evolves with business needs and supports efficiency initiatives. Who you are

It's your unique ingredients we're interested in: Graduate level with progress towards accountancy qualification and 2 years of finance experience. Proficient in Excel (Vlookups, If-Statements) for reporting and modelling, with strong PowerPoint skills. Analytical, numerate, and inquisitive with a talent for simplifying complex ideas for non-finance colleagues. IT systems literacy with experience in management accounts, budgeting, and forecasting. Desirable experience in business partnering and working with non-financial stakeholders. Location: Hybrid, Central London or Loudwater
