Finance Analyst , you'll take ownership of delivering insightful financial data and forecasts while working closely with key stakeholders to ensure robust decision-making across the business. Key responsibilities include: Producing timely, accurate, and detailed weekly, monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc performance reports, with high-level commentary. Supporting the production of budgets, forecasts, and strategic plans Assisting in the period-end process, including preparing journals, accruals, and prepayments, ensuring data accuracy and compliance. Driving improvements in processes, internal controls, and data integrity, ensuring consistency and quality across outputs. Providing first-line business partnering to internal teams, answering queries, and supporting decision-making with evidence-based insights. Collaborating on ad hoc analysis, projects, and performance reviews to identify opportunities for operational improvements and cost efficiencies. Advanced proficiency in Excel Familiarity with reporting tools and software Strong analytical and numerical skills with a keen eye for detail. Excellent communication and presentation abilities, tailoring information for a variety of audiences. Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders across the business while prioritising effectively in a fast-paced environment. A solutions-focused mindset with a drive to innovate and add value. Experience in financial reporting, planning, or analytical roles is highly desirable. The Package Salary:
