Full-time, Office-based Position Overview: We are seeking a diligent and analytical Finance Analyst to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in financial reporting, analysis, and supporting strategic financial decisions. Key Responsibilities: Financial Reporting:

Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. Budgeting and Forecasting:

Assist in the development of annual budgets and financial forecasts, providing insightful variance analysis. Data Analysis:

Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements. Stakeholder Collaboration:

Work closely with various departments to gather financial information and provide financial insights to support business decisions. Process Improvement:

Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial reporting and analysis efficiency. Qualifications: Professional Status:

Part or recently qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent). Experience:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a finance or accounting role. Technical Skills:

Proficiency working with large data-sets. Analytical Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail. Communication:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Teamwork:
