We have an exciting opportunity for a Finance Analyst to join our Finance team on a 12-month FTC. The role is based at our Head Office in Central London (NW1 4LJ), with a hybrid working model. We are offering a competitive inclusive salary range of £55,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Profile:

As a Finance Analyst, you will assist the Commercial Finance team in providing inclusive, value-add financial information to allow the Commercial Finance Business Partner, Head of Commercial Finance, and Board to achieve their financial targets. You will ensure all data is accurate and well presented to allow constructive challenge and provide valuable insight to support decision-making. Job Type: Full Time, 12 Month Fixed Term Contract. Shift Pattern: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Job Location: 1 Park Square West, NW1 4LJ. Providing clear, consistent financial information with insightful analysis and commentary on a range of financial issues, including:

Pricing, costing, profitability and activity analysis. Post investment and decision-making reviews. Business case development and analysis. Financial modelling. Dashboard development. Payor contract analysis. Supporting the creation of business cases and the development of new services across the Clinic.

Supporting the Commercial Finance team to engage with and assist Senior Managers around The London Clinic, completing a range of financial analysis to meet their needs. Review of actual monthly performance against prior year, forecast and budget. Assessing and presenting any risks and opportunities to the current forecast on a monthly basis, highlighting the key issues with proposed mitigations. Skills & Experience:

Demonstrable experience presenting financial information to a diverse, non-financial audience. Excellent Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and general IT skills. A team player, able to quickly build trust and credibility. Commercial minded, analytical and diligent, with the ability to deliver accurate outputs in short timeframes. Able to influence and persuade senior management.
