As a Finance Analyst - EGS, you will chiefly support the delivery of reporting for Kingfisher’s ESG requirements and strategy, alongside strategic reporting for the Results Delivery Office. ESG reporting is a rapidly evolving area and will require the successful candidate to work collaboratively to build tools and processes and manage relationships across multiple functions and Banners (B&Q & Screwfix). The role will support the delivery of KPI reporting compliant with new EU Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) and other upcoming mandatory requirements. Responsibilities

Design, build and document processes, KPIs and data inputs necessary to capture & track large quantities of information needed to meet our ESG reporting requirements. Create a data inventory of all existing ESG data and sources, and the data gaps that will need to be addressed to achieve CSRD compliance. Develop the reporting and analysis needed to support delivery against our evolving external requirements (e.g. CSRD) and our ESG strategy and targets. Work closely with Business Intelligence (BI) teams, data, Responsible Business, and finance teams to develop tactical and strategic solutions to automate reporting in this complex area. Design charts, tables and dashboards to present complex financial and non-financial information in a concise manner. Develop and use excel based (and other) analysis to generate insight on key strategic and Responsible Business questions using data sourced from multiple sources. Model forward-looking scenarios to anticipate impacts of climate change, customer behaviour, regulations on our retail business. Qualifications

Outstanding presentation, reporting and communication skills. Aptitude and strong interest in financial analysis and visualisation (Excel/ PowerPoint/ BI tools). Naturally curious with a desire to question and challenge information presented. Can take direction and will look to implement modelling best practice in their tasks. Requires a composed individual, up for a challenge, flexible, who understands the trade-offs needed to deliver results in a fast-moving and uncertain environment. Be Customer Focused
