Investigo are partnered with a prestigious name in the retail banking space looking for an immediately available or short term notice Finance Analyst to join the team on an initial 6 month contract.
You will sit within the group function supporting the head of FP&A with the production and management of financial performance of the Bank and the group.
Responsibilities: Provide financial leadership, work with the operational teams to identify cost savings opportunities as a result of the separation and ensure commitment from all stakeholders to deliver performance improving initiatives. Provide oversight and challenge of operational initiatives with key focus on delivery and business efficiency. The financial modelling of various scenarios to ensure that the financial impact of different choices is understood to help improve the efficiency of decision making. Providing dedicated financial performance management support to key stakeholders. Monitor the financial targets and performance based on Bank Strategy and supporting in cost saving initiatives. Enhancing the benefits tracking reporting. Working with the FP&A and development team to enhance the reports in the new TM1 reporting tool. Support with the automation of the reporting packs. Background: Degree educated or equivalent. Having previously worked as a financial analyst or similar position for at least 5 years. Strong Excel and systems skills. TM1 is advantageous.
