Commercial Finance Manager/Group FP&A Manager Job Purpose/summary:
As a key member of the Finance team, your primary responsibility will be to assist with group monthly reporting through accurate and timely management accounting. Key accountabilities/responsibilities: Assist with the monthly financial reporting process including balance sheet reconciliations Support the preparation of the annual budget and reforecasts as requested by the business Provide assistance to the Head of Financial Control in the annual audit processes Work with the wider Finance Team to maintain an environment of continuous improvement Assist the Commercial Finance Manager/Group FP&A Manager with other ad hoc tasks and projects Requirements: Essential: Organised, structured and results focused Excellent attention to detail Problem solver and innovator Ability to deliver to tight deadlines Collaborative, engaging and influencing communication style Strong knowledge of Google Sheets and/or Excel Desirable: Knowledge of Dynamics365 Working towards accountancy qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA etc) We offer a range of well-being initiatives, including private medical insurance, excellent parental leave, a working globally policy, mental health support, assistance programs, and social gatherings.
