Job Description
Provide financial insights to aid business decision-making.
Prepare monthly financial reports, budgeting and forecasting.
Drive process improvements in the finance department.
Liaise with internal teams to ensure financial accuracy.
Conduct financial analysis and modelling.
Ensure financial compliance with industry and company standards.
Mentor and guide junior members of the finance team.
Participate in strategic planning sessions.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Finance Analyst should have:
A degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
A proactive approach to problem-solving.
