Role Overview We are looking for a meticulous and highly organised Finance Analyst to cover a maternity leave within our Commercial Finance department at Stellantis UK Brands. The role is critical in ensuring the smooth processing of fleet and retail payments with a keen focus on accuracy, compliance, and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities Manage and process payments efficiently, ensuring accuracy and compliance with commercial program deadlines. Maintain high standards of communication, promptly addressing and resolving queries from our dealer network and external partners. Identify payment issues, investigate root causes, and implement strategies to prevent recurrence. Continuously update and refine documentation, procedures, and workflows to uphold operational excellence. Utilise financial systems to manage and track payment processes, ensuring seamless operations.

Previous experience in finance or payment operations, preferably in the automotive sector, will be beneficial. A commitment to continuous improvement and focus on operational excellence is essential to succeed in this role.
