As a Part-Qualified Financial Analyst, you will gain invaluable exposure to a wide range of financial processes in a high-performing, fast-paced environment. You will have the opportunity to work alongside senior colleagues, building your expertise in financial analysis and reporting, while receiving full support for your professional qualifications.

Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with senior team members to prepare monthly management accounts and provide insightful financial analysis. Perform balance sheet reconciliations, resolving discrepancies in a fast-paced setting. Assist with budgeting and forecasting, providing valuable financial insights to support decision-making. Take responsibility for VAT returns and statutory reporting. Support the smooth operation of accounts payable and receivable functions. Contribute to month-end and year-end closing activities, ensuring timely and accurate reporting. Build strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders, driving business success. Identify areas for improvement in financial processes to enhance efficiency. Key Skills & Experience:

Actively working towards a professional accountancy qualification (ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent). Previous experience in a financial role, ideally within a fast-paced, professional services environment. Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUPs). Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines. Strong communication skills with a proactive, team-oriented approach.
