This role as Finance Analyst will be joining an industry leading organization who offer excellent employee progression and development. The Finance Analyst will be responsible for supporting the development of growth strategy for the business and providing detailed analysis. Responsibilities:

Work with the finance team to provide costing analysis for staff payroll whilst making sure this adheres to the principles of the strategy. Driving the review and analysis of KPIs, providing insightful data and recommendations to the business to aid commercial business decisions. Preparation of budgeting and forecasting. Acting as a Business Partner - building relationships with the management team and key internal contacts and challenging the business where appropriate to improve performance. Undertaking financial analysis and financial modelling. Reconciliation of the balance sheet. Assisting with the year-end process. What you need:

A qualified / part qualified accountant with a strong commercial background (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) or qualified by experience. Someone who is naturally inquisitive, whilst able to produce financial information accurately and on time. Ability to communicate with both finance and non-financial individuals alike. Motivated to progress within the finance function of a growing business. Ability to identify issues and use initiative to solve problems. Strong organisational skills with ability to meet deadlines. Team player with willingness to help others and go above and beyond their formal role.
