We are seeking a motivated and analytical Finance and KPI Reporting Analyst to join our growing finance team. This role will play an important part in providing key financial insights and supporting data-driven decision-making across the organization. The successful candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to manipulate and analyse large datasets. Salary:

£40,000-£50,000 DOE Location:

Teddington, TW11 Hours:

Monday-Friday 8.30am-5.30pm Key Responsibilities

Financial Reporting and Data Analysis:

Collect, clean, and analyse large volumes of data from various sources, including ERP systems, CRM systems, and other databases. Prepare and analyse weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including key performance indicators (KPIs), variance analysis, and management accounts. Develop and maintain financial models and dashboards to track key business metrics and identify trends. Work with the Systems team to develop and maintain accurate and timely reporting systems. Prepare presentations and reports summarizing key findings and recommendations to management.

Business Partnering:

Collaborate closely with business leaders across departments to provide insightful analysis. Provide financial support and guidance to business units on budgeting, forecasting, and performance improvement initiatives. Act as a subject matter expert on financial matters within the organization.

Process Improvement:

Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of financial reporting processes. Automate reporting processes wherever possible using tools such as Excel, VBA, and other data analysis software.

Project Support:

Provide financial support and analysis for special projects, such as mergers and acquisitions, new product launches, and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Part-qualified accountant (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, ACA) is an additional positive. Minimum 3/4 years of experience in a financial analysis or reporting role. Advanced Excel skills, including proficiency in formulas, macros, pivot tables, and data visualization. Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI) is a plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently and as part of a team with a strong work ethic and the ability to meet deadlines. Proven ability to improve processes.
