SF Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Finance and Management Accountant to join a well-established growing business based in North Hykeham on a 12 month contract to cover maternity. This role is an integral part of the finance function and will require someone who can demonstrate and implement company values within their role.
Key Responsibilities:
Supporting the Financial Controller with balance sheet reconciliations Profiling revenue for new projects to ensure recognition in accordance with accounting standards (IFRS15) Correct analysis of revenue by project and category on a monthly basis (UK/Non UK/Intercompany/External), liaising with QinetiQ where necessary to obtain accurate details Collation of month end information returns from each division Responding to queries in relation to revenue from auditors and QinetiQ Business Partner role working with Divisions regarding monthly forecasts Preparation of Divisional annual budgets Ad hoc projects
The ideal candidate would be qualified or part qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA, have strong Excel experience, and experience of reporting to tight deadlines. Please only apply if you have the relevant experience and are in a position to start on short notice.
