This individual will be involved in maintaining the organisations financial information and ensuring support to the financial health of colleagues and those aided by the charity is ensured.The Finance Assistant Role: Setting up supplier accounts in line with procurement policyProcessing invoices and generating reportsDay to day maintenance of ledgersEnsure accurate record keeping and scanning of financial documentsWorking collaboratively with credit control to ensure queries are resolvedAdminister and provide support with on site bankingThe ideal candidate will have:Experience maintaining ledgersExperience raising invoices and POsUnderstanding of MS Office, especially excelEagerness to learn and support the wider teamExperience using a computerised finance systemA form of accountancy qualification or studying towards- for example AAT (Desirable)
