The Role We're looking for a Finance Assistant that can assist the Cash Management team in maintaining the financial integrity of the financial records, whilst ensuring Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable tasks are completed in a timely manner. Key responsibilities: Enter supplier invoices in a timely manner, whilst maintaining a high level of accuracy. Process supplier account reconciliations and resolve identified queries. Communicate with suppliers effectively to resolve queries or issues raised. Raise supplier payments for approval in a timely manner. Effectively communicate payment completion to relevant stakeholders. Issue Client invoices and Statements in an accurate and timely manner. Complete Credit Control tasks in a timely manner, ensuring cash targets are achieved. Resolve client billing queries swiftly. Maintain accuracy and integrity of Financial records with Finance system. Ensure timely processing of month-end duties and to said deadline. Assist Finance Leadership with any reporting requirements. Assist with Annual Financial Audit whilst ensuring Audit deadline is achieved. Experience Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable Experience. A finance qualification such as AAT or a Finance Degree. Basic financial principles. MS Office, specifically Excel. Key Qualities A Number Cruncher: Someone that is comfortable in numbers, spreadsheets, and financial systems, that pays close attention to detail and keeps errors to a minimum. Time Machine: Highly organised and capable of prioritising your workload based on deadlines. Client Focused: Having a desire to always do best by clients, delivering 100% for every client.
