We are partnering with a prominent not-for-profit organisation to recruit a permanent Finance Business Partner to join their dynamic and growing organisation. As a key member of the team, you will work across multiple teams, providing crucial financial support, analysis, and advice to help drive business decisions. In this Finance Business Partner role, you will: Ensure financial data integrity and oversee key processes, including managing a budget of several hundred million pounds. Provide in-depth financial analysis, supporting monthly and quarterly forecasting, and contributing to year-end reporting. Work closely with Directors, presenting clear financial insights and offering strategic advice to support decision-making. Lead the development of self-service Power BI reporting and improve financial reporting processes. Manage key financial projects, driving action on identified risks and opportunities. Support the continuous improvement of budgeting processes and help navigate upcoming financial challenges. This role offers a supportive, collaborative team environment with plenty of opportunities for growth. You’ll be working with a manager who values autonomy but provides coaching and support where needed. The ideal candidate will have: Be a fully qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent). Experience in business partnering and management accounting, with the ability to engage with a range of stakeholders. Proven ability to manage large budgets and deliver actionable financial insights.
